Billed yearly. Renews automatically at £25 a year until you cancel. Cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the year you have paid for. That is £23 less than 12 monthly payments.
Monthly
Billed monthly. Renews automatically at £4 a month until you cancel. Cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Pro is coming soon. Checkout opens when it goes on sale. Keep using the free version in the meantime.
Payment, tax and receipts are handled by our payment provider, who sells Pro to you as merchant of record (the seller on your receipt). Tax is added or included depending on where you live, and you see the full total at checkout before you pay.
The free version stays.
You can still download Green Dotter, use it with no account, and keep it. Pro is an extra, not a replacement.
Click and Wiggle stay free, with a daily limit of 1 hour. Before that limit applies, the app gives you 14 days of everything in Pro, free. That happens inside the app, with no card and nothing to sign up for. It isn't a checkout trial, so buying Pro charges you straight away.

How buying works.
- Pick a plan and check out. Checkout is a page run by our payment provider, not by this website. Your card details go to them and never reach me.
- Your licence key arrives by email, straight after you pay.
- Paste the key into Green Dotter. Do the same on each of your other computers, up to 2 in all.
Pro doesn't need an account with me. The key is the only thing. Details of what is stored are in the privacy policy.
Questions.
How do I cancel?
Your receipt explains how to manage your subscription, including cancelling it. If you'd rather not deal with that, email support@green-dotter.com and I'll sort it out.
Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then you're back on the free version. Your settings and saved schedules stay.
Does it renew by itself?
Yes. Both plans renew automatically at the price shown next to them, every month or every year, until you cancel. Our payment provider sends your receipts and billing emails.
If a renewal payment can't be taken, Pro can end when the period you paid for does.
How many computers can I use it on?
Up to 2, Mac or Windows in any mix. Paste the same key into each one. If you have reached the limit, you can free up a place by removing a computer you no longer use. If you get stuck, email support@green-dotter.com and I'll help.
I lost my licence key.
Your key is in the email you got after you paid. Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, email support@green-dotter.com from the address you bought with and I'll help.
Can I get a refund?
Our payment provider makes refunds, under its own refund policy. Ask using the link in your receipt, or email support@green-dotter.com and I'll help. Requests made within 14 days of a payment are considered.
If you live in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. It ends once you agree at checkout to get Pro straight away and you start using it. Your rights if Pro is faulty or isn't as described are not affected. The full wording is on the refund policy page.

Why is there a paid version?
I build and maintain Green Dotter myself, and the tools I use to do it cost money every month. Pro helps cover that, and gives people who use the app a lot more room.
Who am I buying from?
Green Dotter is made by Peter Murtagh, an individual developer in the UK trading as ENineApps. ENineApps is not a registered company. You pay through our payment provider, who act as merchant of record.
